Returns Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, and clean).
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Non Clearance Product see conditions below.
Clearance Products
A 'Clearance Product' is a product that is a new product; and is offered for a discounted price having regard to the Recommended Retail Price; and irrespective of the discounted price is subject to the same manufacturers warranty as applies to an equivalent new product; and the customer acknowledges and agrees that by purchasing a 'Clearance Product' the reduced price paid for it may have a bearing on the acceptable quality of the product.
It is the sole and absolute responsibility of the customer to assess whether the Eligible Product or 'Clearance Product' meets the customer's needs and its intended purpose, having regard to the nature and condition of the product and the matters disclosed to the customer about the product at the time of sale of the product to the customer.
The products made available for purchase through this site come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The customer is also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 'Acceptable quality' and 'major failure' have the same meaning as referred to in the Australian Consumer Law.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is at the sole discretion of ARB to accept or not accept the return of any Clearance Product solely because the customer changes their mind about the products after their purchase, notwithstanding any 'Major Failure" or "Acceptable quality" as defined under Australian Consumer Law.

Returning Items In-Store
While we do not offer in-store returns, you can return items purchased online by mailing them back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges in-store for online purchases. Refunds will be processed through our online platform and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please make your selection carefully, as we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you would like to exchange an item due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, please refer to the Exchanges for Change of Mind section below.
For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges for Change of Mind
To request an exchange for change of mind, please contact us at onlinestore@arb.com.au within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and your preferred item.
We will provide further instructions for returning your parcel.
Please note: Items must not be deemed a "Clearance Item" and must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged & unopened, clean, and with all original hangtags and packaging (such as boxes or bags). Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund any return delivery costs for change of mind.
For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund or exchange according to your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items not meeting the above conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) will not be accepted for return.
Warranty
We ensure all orders are dispatched in perfect condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us immediately at onlinestore@arb.com.au, including your order number and a description of the issue.
If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (subject to availability). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Thule Warranty Conditions
ARB warrants all Thule products sold by ARB or its subsidiaries in accordance with the official Thule Warranty Policy.
For all warranty claims relating to Thule products purchased through ARB, please contact our support team at: onlinestore@arb.com.auCancellations
Once an order has been received by our warehouse, cancellations are not permitted. We request that you wait for delivery of the order and, if you wish to return an item, follow the procedure outlined in the Refunds for Change of Mind section.
